Your Hosts, Sandra Ferraro and Cathy Chmilnitzky are Goddess Sisters who have shared past lives together, one as Priestesses in the Temples of Atlantis. It is this inner wisdom and knowledge that they bring to light in the present day.
Sandra Ferraro is a fire goddess with a mission to raise women up out of the ashes of trauma allowing them to take flight in the power and essence of their Goddess Self. She has a big heart and simply being in her presence you will feel honoured, valued: loved.
Cathy Chmilnitzky is an Energy Intuitive with a mission as a Soul Connector and Spiritual Empowerer. She has been a practicing intuitive, healer and teacher for over two decades. As an Expert Speaker, Cathy was blessed to share the stage with Bob Proctor for six years at the Proctor Gallagher Matrixx events, gratefully serving a worldwide clientele. Cathy’s passion is to help people to move beyond the fears and limitations of the third dimension and live life from their spirits.

Tuscany
Welcome to the dramatic and spiritually imbued landscape of central Italy! This enchanting region known locally as Toscana lies underneath the golden light of the sun. Tuscany is characterized by unbelievably gorgeous panoramic views, amazing architecture and artistic wonders, and culinary delights make Tuscany a desired destination to explore. Come celebrate La Dolce Vita.
Lucignano
A magical medieval hill town dappled in the golden rays in south Tuscany. Lucignano has a population of around 3,500 and stands at 400m above sea level, it is characterized by it’s elliptical shape. This enchanting town rests in the middle of an abundant agricultural area with a bounty of olives, grapes, cereals and sunflowers. Lucignano holds the silent whispers of Ascended Masters such as Saint Francis of Assisi and Goddesses who still guide us today. Only 90kms from Florence and it houses the famous Golden Tree of Life.
YOUR LUXURIOUS ACCOMMODATIONS
You will stay six nights in an authentic 18th century villa built in 1740. The prominent 9,400 sq. ft. villa offers a variety of accommodations. The estate, surrounded by fertile fields, grape vines and olive trees, newly renovated while keeping the old world charm, with full bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen facilities. There is also a sparkling pool on the property for cool dips on hot days. Located in the beautiful and tranquil countryside of Tuscany, approximately fifteen minutes from the charming village of Lucignano.
Not included - Your airfare to/from Italy and transfers between Villa of Golden Light and airport.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will there be down time for me to sight-see on my own?
Not really. The down time we have during the retreat is for relaxation, reflection and journaling. Downtime is important because it helps support the bodies, both physical and energetic, to integrate the new higher vibration energies that you’ll be embodying through the session work. We have built in some great sight seeing time that is deeply connected to the spiritual sessions during your stay with us.
If you want to sight-see outside of the retreat we definitely encourage you to come before or stay after to do so.
What is your cancellation and refund policy? It takes a lot of commitment, intense planning and organization on our part to bring a fabulous retreat experience to you and as such there are no refunds on cancellations but your booking is transferable.
Can you send me a rough schedule?
Our intention is to be present and open to the flow and intelligent guidance of spirit. So although we have a timeline in mind because we have a lot of greatness to put into our days together, we don’t want anything to be written in stone. It’s a gift to yourself to let go and let flow.
Plus we are in Italy!!! The life philosophy of “La dolce vita” - “the sweet life” is lived without rigid schedules, pausing to breathe it all in, being fully present without expectations of what is to come.
We can say that we will visit close by villages such as Cortona, Assisi, Lucignano for example because they go hand in hand with our spiritual work. We will always go to at least two restaurants that are Ah mazing! We can definitely share that we will be spending a day exploring in Florence!!! Woohoo!

As they say in Italian “Chi vive vede molto, chi viaggia vede di più.” English translation:Those who live see a lot, those who travel see more. Travel and a retreat is the ULTIMATE experience!
House Keeping
Travel documentation and currency: Participants should ensure that their passports are valid and current, and are good for at least two months after departure. All prices for this retreat are in American dollars. Participants should investigate the current currency exchange rate and the lowest-cost way to convert their funds to Euro currency, which is used exclusively in Italy, before departing or upon entering Italy. Bank ATM machines are available at airport and towns.
Travel insurance: It is strongly recommended that participants obtain travel insurance to protect them against cancellations, health problems, medical expenses, theft, loss of luggage, etc. You should check with your private health insurance provider to determine if their medical coverage extends to overseas travel.
